Since my memory is not the best, would appreciate a link or an url or any way you could most easily update info on these two situations.

Seems like in the dim recesses of my memory, I recall CDMA mobile is banned completely (i.e. illegal) in Russia, although CDMA WLL is permitted.

Also have read that Motorola intends to build on its major participation in Asia, viz. this story re: Korea. If so this would imply (as this story does) full participation in 1X, 1xEV, CDMA 2000 in all forms, and WCDMA. Not clear what Motorola is licensed for as of now. Is a reference to gaps, if any, in MOT's licenses available? And isn't this story an example of why MOT must obtain the full set of licenses from the Q at some point soon? Any guesses on timing?
