PT doesn't even know what his candidate is asking for. Maybe he can't stand to listen to him either. He's never asked for a statewide hand count. Why would he do that? It would hurt his chances. He's demanding a vote mining expedition into the stack of spoiled ballots in his biggest counties. The closest he came was his "offer" to not object if Mr Bush wanted to ask for a recount in some counties.
