The guy on Fox was with US News and has written a book on politics. He is an expeert on county by county voting. The manual recount of those ballots that had been done before the board voted to suspend it was of the Democratic precincts.

I believe that the precincts that had been tabulated when the the counting was suspended went to Gore by 74% vs. ~24%. He stated that the remaining precincts went to Bush by 53% to ~45%. Based upon his projections, Bush would have netted some 300 odd votes if the entire county had been recounted. He also pointed out that Bush might net even more than 300 votes because the Cuban precincts (heavily pro-Bush) hadn't been counted yet and that they might have a greater %age of undervotes due to English being a second language there (didn't understand directions on ballot).

Regards,
Steve
