I saw that as well Carolyn...I had heard before that they were counting the Dem precincts first...that's why the Dems wanted Harris to accept a partial recount... This morning Bush lawyers on tv said that Duval County which is primarily military has 20,000 undercounts...or no votes...to Dade's 10,000...suggested if they count Dade...they should count Duval as well...so that every vote counts...lol
