Yeah, party lets really get thefacts straight: "Although Gore has called for a statewide hand recount and Bush has refused, this actually is moot. The candidates don't run the election." Gore only called for a hand recount of the entire state..if Bush agreed and in the same sentence called for a meeting of the two. Obviously Bush agreed to neither at that time...never again has Gore on his own,unilaterally requested a state wide manual recount why???? doc
