One interesting thing all should remember is this:

All of these "dates" are not sacrosanct. There are mechanisms firmly entrenched in the Constitution and the 12th Amendment to address every possible contingency.

If the electors aren't determined by 12/18, the Congress will send dunning notices to the state. If they don't get their electors in by early Jan, then Congress will decide what to do...include/exclude FL in the 538 figure, appoint a commission, vote state by state on their own in the House, appoint Hastert acting, await obligatory litigation that may still be on-going, appeal for the US SC to resolve all of this.

Time is a constraint only for those who want everything to fit in nice little compartments and have a bow placed on each of them.
