Cisco--2 mm votes nationwide undervote huh? That is 2% of the total vote.

That is noise my man. Tell me, how many states outside of FL had Gore with less than 51% of the counted vote. Now, let's concede most all of those extra 2% undervotes to Bush. In those states where Gore got 51%, he would only have needed to receive ONE vote out of the 2% undervote to win the state.

In those states where Gore got 50.5% of the vote, Bush would need 3/4 of the undervote to catch Gore.

If those other states were really at issue, they would have been pursued...by either candidate.

This has always been about FL, and it will always be about FL.
