see my edit in previous post. Why buy more of 1/2 baked semi-wanabees when you have "the best" engineers already? Either they are NOT that great...or they are scrambling? How many semi engineers do they have before this purchase...500, 700?....and that's not enough to make a simple mpeg encoder...wtf..?? 750M(and falling) for something with little if any revenue and no profits yet....?? HELLO, BRCM MANAGEMENT....GET A F'ING CLUE, YOU DON'T PAY $777M THESE DAYS FOR LITTLE CHIP COMPANIES. TIMES HAVE CHANGED AND YOU'RE SHAREHOLDERS ARE GETTING PISSED!!! ...mean while the shorts are haveing a field day....keep up the great work...LOLOLL!!
