This is the most buyable market I believe I have ever seen under the circumstances. Everyone has a right to run for the hills because even I believe in Psychological Income. I felt the problem three months ago was a lack of liquidity on the part of the small investor. I do not believe that now because most that I have talked to are at least partially out of the market with cash on the side. My question is - If you are not going to buy in here with KNOWN POSITIVES on the horizon, WHEN DO YOU BUY? When I say avoid the market, I mean the day to day torture of observing it. V
