Here, here, Todd. Jack's very informative ...part of the "loyal opposition" at least. A lot of listeners want a lot: to make money, to learn how others do it, to be aware of both the good and bad ...assessments are worth more if credible. If you don't want to follow Jack's advice, maybe you can take solace in the idea that if a person like Jack can't persuade you with his insightful and careful negative perspective, then YOU must be right. As for me, it's the negative things that I don't hear about until it's too late that really hurts me. I hope Jack will be around to warn me when danger is near ...and maybe next time PRST drops from 200 down to the 40's, just maybe Jack will warn me soon enough so I can also sell at 175! I'm riding this one out, but wouldn't it have been fun to have sold at 175, and then bought four times the number of shares back at 43??? Bottom line: I vote for Jack. I also vote for Jason's mother, Neil, and all the diehard longers too. Intelligent, informative, (and sometimes, emotive) conversation is useful to all investors. Thanks to everyone on this thread who contributes. PS: I see the code words, "IHMO" and "ITLR" ....what do these mean? |
