Dennis,

My calls have always been based on the overall structure of the charts. Six weeks ago when I started to point out the weakness in the charts BRCM was 240; RIMM 128; PMCS 213 look where they are trading now. What started like a trickle has turned into a waterfall in a short period of time. This dynamic has been occurring throughout the past couple of months on a rotating bases. Look at the action in the chips, the compx overall, look at YHOO, ORCL, ADCT, AMD all stocks that have taken a beating but have STILL not hit a bottom!!

What we have seen so far has been a grinding down of prices, based on what I am seeing on the charts the capitulation phase I believe is about to hit us.

Good trading.
