America there is a certain percentage of votes, in every election, that do not get counted? So long as the number of people not counted is less than the margin of victory it is a moot point. Every time, let me repeat that, every time that the undercouted is within the margin of victory then special care needs to be taken to ensure every vote is counted. It really doesn't matter if a few thousand votes weren't counted in Texas, because the election did not depend upon those votes. This isn't rocket science, but Bush want's to keep people riled up so their emotions don't let them stop and think for a minute. TP
