So, these would all be Amati ANSI DMT licensed users (through MOT) as well as ANSI DMT product competitors?

For the sake of downside, let's assume an unlikely worst case of no Amati product sales but an aggressive 5 million DMT licenses at $3 each = $15M. This is about 7 months burn rate or about .80 per share. (Clearly, not what Amati at $13 is about).

So sales will tell the story.

(And then, of course, there is everyone else, such as USRX/3COM and Paradyne/LU).
