Enam, what Srexely posted was a lie. The GOP prepared application was defective, not the ballot. It was their own fault. The Florida statute is very clear on this matter. Only the voter, a member of the voter's family or guardian can legally add the voter's registration number. What the GOP workers allegedly did was comit a Florida class 3 felony. The purpose of this law was the combat past absentee ballot abuses and frauds that had become rampant across Florida. So, this law was enacted for this very situation. In case of a criminal act there is only one choice: punish the criminal and disallow the benefits of the criminal act. This is standard American jurisprudence. The ballots should be voided.
