Extremely important. That would break the descending triangle, giving it downside to 400, or another 30%. If that happens, everything else goes down big. The way to play it would be to wait for the close and then short on a retrace to 600 or so. Per the 5-min. chart, SOX could have another 20-30 points of downside today.
