Maybe so but I won't touch qcom in the 80s as it recently traded down to 77. Everything's down today so I'm not sure what a "good buy" is--NTAP down to 51 (glad I stayed away), maybe I'd consider at spring levels of about 44-45... Bot a little rambus, down 2 points (bot a few hours ago)...hope it will trade up...meant to do it for a short trade. So hope to trade out of it in a few days. It's a slippery slope right now--tripping on the "china" bits as edamo put it
