By Korea do you mean their decision to cut capex dollars in the year ahead? Could be read as a positive.......as their budget oplans were previously seen as a negative (overcapacity). But their decision to do a 180 is now negative also (orders weakening). So, logically, even a positive move is negative. How do you win in this game?

Bottom not yet in.....remember, according to the EXPERTS, (analysts, I suppose) we need a capitulation,(somewhat similar to disenfranchisement, but having to do with money) :^) for the bottom to be found.

Shakespere messed up.......I say shoot the lawyers AND the analysts!
