For what it is worth, I shorted more Transmeta today at 28 7/8 on its strength in the down market. Considering I was going to cover at 30, you can see I've changed my tune quite a bit. The drop to 22 1/16 a few days ago whet my appetite.

This might be a dumb move, but so far, TMTA is the best performing stock of late (as far as generating ROI), and seems like the only stock still extremely lofty and asking for another chop. I'm 50% in cash now (and growing every day as the stocks I do hold go down. . .), so I wanted to do something while waiting until the end of December. . .

As an aside, I shorted it through National Discount Brokers this time--no problems.
