If you didn't watch the hearing in front of the Florida Legislature's special committee, you missed something really good. I watched the whole thing on C-Span. Maybe they will repeat it. They will reconvene tomorrow at 10 and continue with their agenda.

After watching it, I am 100% certain that the Constitution gives the Florida legislature the sole power to determine how Florida's Electors will be determined, and that they will do so certainly before December 18, and possibly sooner than that.

Given the makeup of the Florida legislature, those Electors WILL be Republican. George W. Bush WILL be the next President.

I see the light at the end of the tunnel, and it's the train carrying George W. Bush to Washington.

I suggest that if you can't access C-Span on your cable, log onto www.cspan.org.
