Is this whole SSB deal Deja Vu or what??

You betcha. Two quarters ago, I believe. SSB accused of channel stuffing and said CPQ would miss the quarter numbers. Compaq didn't miss. How many times does an analyst get to go to the well with the same accusation, and be wrong? My background is tech, no law. What say you lawyer folks out there?
