Gore is not going to capitulate. He learned from Clinton never to give up. Never, ever, ever. Even when he DOES get ruled against (as in the Supreme Court), he'll just spin it as an illegitimate win by Bush and blame partisan republicans for it. The Senate had no balls...had they done what they SHOULD have done with Clinton this crap would not have happened today. We're NOW paying a big price for the Senate's lack of balls.
