Why sink so low? Obviously, if every vote counts, the military ballots and ballots in Seminole county should be counted. I mean, they are, or may be, excluded on technicalities, and are superior to the dimpled ballots in that they register clear intent. Furthermore, the rationale for the override of black letter law by the Florida Supreme Court was the greater importance of counting all votes over technicalities. Sorry, but your campaign is caught in a damaging contradiction.
No one alleges machine malfunction, all of it is voter error (and may be voter intent, in the case of "none of the above"), and the supposed remedy is too speculative and has too great a potential for abuse. Again, the Republicans have the superior position. The vote is over......... |
