I believe it's reasonable too...but I KNOW Gore has had numerous chances to ask for such, and he's consistently, greedily, and officially asked only for his own territory. Even now, he asks again only for his own Territory. It never was necessary to have Bush agree to hand-counts everywhere, all Gore had to do was ask himself. The public is getting sick of his poopy in this regard. ME too. Had he sought fairness in the start, he'd likely have gotten what you want done. Now the election is certified, and all I see is a loser continuing to ask only for unfair advantages from the system.
