because the nonvoters didn't vote for him. In that case Junior George would have no problem having the ballots examined. I bet you don't even see how guilty he looks by covering up the ballot count. If these represent nonvoters he has nothing to worry about. The trouble is W knows in his heart of hearts that he lost, but he has a touch of evil which emboldens him to go for the power. TP
