Your errors of calculating are excused. Please reread J. Taylors August recommendation where his predicted price was based on 25Million shares outstanding. His five year target was $79.27 in five years based on 35 plants.
The November updated target price because of the additional shares issued was $63.78 using the same 20 times earnings multiple that was used in August. This target was based on 35Million shares outstanding. Today that is the approximate number of shares.
Now it's time to get out your pencil and do some figuring. These earnings are based on a 300 ton per day plant with annual earnings of $3.5 Million per year. Our new turn key operation will be a 600 ton per day plant generating $8Million profits per year per plant. The bottom line is J Taylors forecast could be low by more than 50%, so there is no need to discount using your formula. Best to reread the reports and figure it out.
We have the operating history and costs to back up these numbers, the blue chip customers and the further plant developments to add meat to the forecasts.
As one respected sophisticated investor said "the train is leaving the station..ALL Aboooard!!!"
FYI- Jay Taylors news hotline on Saturday, available to paid subscribers stated that if you don't own Thermo Tech you better buy it now.
Hope this clears up some confusion.
