The Democrats are panicking now that Judicial Watch has access to Palm Beach Ballots under the Freedom of Information Act. They are back in Leon County Court on an EMERGENCY MOTION asking for an accelerated schedule which would require the Leon County Court to take possession of the ballots today. Mind you, just yesterday the Gore folks agreed to another schedule, but that was before Judicial Watch came in under FOI...Judicial Watch has already stated this evening on Fox that in their first sample count the total number of votes in the original count in a precinct were totally different than the total in the hand count. This is important...the TOTAL should be the same no matter what kind of count, the only thing that should change is the totals for Bush, Gore, Nader, etc, or No Vote. The TOTAL of votes cast should remain the same. I do not find it coincidental that Gore is in Court on an EMERGENCY MOTION trying to wrest these ballots out of Judicial Watch's view.
