lawdog, Oh. Personally, I think either Palmer or DEC's board will cave before they allow this thing to proceed to the point where Intel cuts them off - Sept 30, 1997 it appears. I wonder what DEC thinks it can do other than give up before then. I don't believe any court will order Intel to sell to DEC. Do you? Right now, we're just beginning to see some of the cards in the game. Barry
