"George sneered at the offer and then spit in the face of the American people" He spit in the face of Al Gore, NOT the American people. I for one would have been pissed if he met with Al. Al wanted to make a "deal" to decide the election. GWB was correct when he said the voters and the LAW would decide the election. Why were you so offended by GWB not wanting to meet with Al? Are you so naive to think the offer was anything more than PR? If so, you are more gullable than I thought. And I thought you were pretty darn gullable.
