I don't agree with you about who is in office because I'm not sure about Gore's cabinet and Gore himself. He will not drill for oil. That leaves him with dealing with the Saudi's and the rest of the OPEC nations who have been walking all over Clinton. I think dubya will push for a domestic program. Also, Gore's ecological programs subject on todays market could create a mirror image of the Carter times.
