There's only 25 counties in Florida where it would make a difference anyway (punch card counties). The vast majority of those ballots exist in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade. Gore is hitting the vast majority with recounts in those 3 counties. The burden is on Bush to request any additional recounts. But, Bush is...you guessed it...not brave...not bold...but CHICKEN! LOL bok bok bok
