Bingo! Sometimes its not clever to be too clever.

Boies is wearing thin and he does not play well to the masses.

I think if you are a judge you better BEWARE that Boies will lead you down the path. What path is the question you need to ask yourself.

Looks like the SC has a pretty strong interest in the case last week. Certified records to arrive tomorrow. Going to be interesting.
