A lot of these companies on OTCBB are so desperate that they are filing false information or misleading information. They know earnings are hot so they will find ways to count things like tax-loss carryforwards as income just to get a pop in the stock.

I think you are right ChrisJP... once the election is settled and tax loss selling is over with, some of these badly beaten stocks will rise from the ashes. That is why I am trying to accumulate the good ones.
