After lopping off the neck and plucking the feathers, I
would scrub him thoroughly to remove any liberal hidden
parasites who might have attached themselves for a free ride.
After this, I would light up the smoker using pecan wood,
toss him on the grill and then serve him up as an appetizer
to my friends. Judging from his pathetic clucking, I would
have to say he was under fed. Hence he could not be the
