Accuracy, Precision And Presidential Elections ... I seem to remember a different way of comparing the concepts of precision vs. accuracy. If you will, picture a target with a bull's eye. The bull's eye would represent accuracy - or how close to the truth your hits actually came. On the other hand, you can have repeated multiple hits of some number outside the actual(bull's eye)center and these, though not on target, would be considered precise.
