Seems to me AG excessive war on the stockmarket results in decreased investment in R&D, resulting in decreased productivity or decreased productivity growth, resulting in lower output per unit input and thus higher prices--exactly what he's trying to avoid. That last 50 points was a mistake. Fed slow to act, slow to stop acting.
