here are my first 3 shorts for tax-loss selling this season. I think they are all nasdaq:

ESAF 25/32 15M 0.4% 17
LDSD 7/8 12M 0% 14
TNCX 1 5/16 27M 2% 9


a couple of these are in danger of being delisted from nasdaq, BTW.

I did my screening using the very nice free tool from MSN:
moneycentral.msn.com

In addition to the criteria tabulated above, I also included other factors to narrow my choices down to cash-burning companies that cannot be called a value stock based on the balance sheet and the usual multiples.
