V: The market HATES uncertainty and passionately dislikes these high interest rates too....if we could get Bush OFFICIALLY certified (with Gore conceeding) and if Greenspan would pump extra liquidity into the market AHEAD of schedule then we might see the mother of all rallys...just my view....too bad i'm very low on cash.
