OK, 1/4 pt cut in rates in April. Impact on economy won't be felt until Sep or Oct. In the mean time, where will orders, earnings, and stock prices be headed?

Remember the stock market discounts future economic events.

I don't think things are as bad as everyone is saying in the economy; otherwise Greenspan would have cut already or at least gone to neutral bias.
