Those Bush lawyers are masters of delay. I say that respectfully. As a trial lawyer myself, I have seen other delay artists in the courtroom. These guys are good. By asking for evidentiary hearings on every issue, they can delay this trial past the deadline. It is a good legal strategy but I am not certain it is a good political strategy. The media will be talking about the delay of the Bush lawyers everyday. The public may catch on to what they are doing.
