You apparently admire the massive power of compounding as much as I do.

If that 12.25% growth rate kicks in now, a linear increase would put us at NAZ 5,000 in 2006 and 6,000 in 2008.

Actually it gets better. At that rate the Naz would get to 6,000 in 2007.

A 30-year old could cash in his IRAs at 65 well above NAZ 150,000 -- numbers that high boggle my mind.

Only for those who don't run them occasionally. The reason I enjoy talking about them is because doing so reminds me of the immense risk of being out of the market and the relatively easy gains someone can have using a LTB&H strategy that takes advantage of tax-deferred compounded returns.
