I picked up a little at the end 8 5/16. I'll see how things go at the open. I'm expecting a move down. But everything is oversold. You are right that absolutely nothing looks even remotely good. People are getting sick all over the place. To me, that means the worst of times are over.

I've had 5 people tell me that the only stocks that are going up are up are the ones they sold.<gg> I believe more in perverse indicators than anything else. That's why I see the presence of BrownFingers and TootSqueeker to be great signs. They are manipulators and will use their sources to spread FUD. The latter is being investigated for leaking information via Bloomberg, selectively handing out information to others who trade as part of a scheme. The former has admitted to "creating volume" for others to follow. I'm sure I dont' have to explain what that means. In any event, these characters are being investigated.

My perverse indicators - market top when every cocktail party is filled with how much people are making. I sold 1/2 of everything. Now, people are discovering shorting, opening accounts with brokers who are shorting. It's six months ago and shorts "can't lose." Everything is a POS.

We'll see what happens.
