Ron, I don't know when the suit was filed. It was probably filed after the election, but it was probably filed before the FL SC decision. And it won't matter which way the Supreme Court rules on Bush's suit, because if those ballots in Seminole are thrown out, you can go back to the original Florida count before any lawsuits, before even any recounts, and W will still lose. THEN Bush would probably really like a state recount, but oops, too late.
