THERE IS NO JUSTIFICATION I can't give my personal definitive answer unless I see the ballots. My only chance is to see them on TV, and again the networks seem to have fallen down on the type of service they should provide. The ballots should be examined, and if the voter's intention can be discerned, the ballot should be counted, no matter which candidate the vote was intended for. TP
