That of course points to the basic problem of making written predictions in the first place... <g>

People should also note that the closest I've ever been to a court is a moot court in my first year at law school.
(An interesting case, by the way - a vaccine that caused damage and I was arguing for apportioning liability according to the market share of the vaccine manufacturers).
