how Bush could accept that "offer" It's so easy. Bush could have said "I accept". He could have made a five or ten minute speech out of it, but essentially he could have said "I accept". He even could have changed the wording to "I think that is a good idea" or something so it looks like he's still in control, but the truth is, to accept the offer he should have said YES. TP
