Thanks mike, after I asked I decided to fish.
Well i did a google and first entry got me to supreme court.

I found the Supreme Court of Florida CORRECTED OPINION

Nos. SC00-2346, SC00-2348 & SC00-2349
PALM BEACH COUNTY CANVASSING BOARD,
Petitioner,
vs.
KATHERINE HARRIS, etc., et al.,

and found the Boise own goal....
the citing of the illinois case.

I downloaded a pdf but you can read but you can't do anything with it. they also had a zip file so I
downloaded that and unziped it and did not know what is was.

I did a file command and found it was a word perfect file.
So I started applix applixware and imported the wp 6.0 and I now had something I could work
with.

I exported as html and watman.com

Now I have to link into the farce

all in my 100% linux environment.
