The AGP and PCI bus speeds are set via dividers which may be set manually or automatically depending on the motherboard. Sometimes if these aren't set properly, your components (vid card, etc...) will run above spec speeds and possible stop functioning due to heat or other unknown reasons.

Fwiw, if your running a mobo bus speed of 133Mhz, the AGP divider must be set to 1/2 (66.6Mhz), and the PCI divider at 1/4 (33.3Mhz), (max spec speeds). I recommend checking the bios/manual and seeing if these values need to be manual set or if this is done automatically. If these are set correctly, there's probably something wrong with the memory. See if you can borrow someone's PC133 and see if that produces diff results.

Btw, this little proggie might be useful. I think it lists your current AGP and PCI bus speeds.
