I am not so sure about that. It is not clear that the courts have jurisdiction so long as there is no evidence of fraud. If a hand recount is done, I doubt that it will be to the loose standards of Al Gore, and thus he will lose again. I can not imagine the US Supreme Court authorizing a highly subjective recount where different people try to determine voter intent. The thought is silly. Perhaps next election, people will read the instructions when they vote.
