I assume they will be bought ought or raise their prices (as they already did) or close some warehouses.... Amazon does not own the fulfillment facilities. They are 10 year leases at a high lease rates due to the fact the developer built to suit. I can't see any developer letting them off the hook without a Chapter 11 filing.
