Personal opinion only--I probably own too much stock in this bad boy but expressions of long term and i stress long term on this thread are probably correct. I own significant quantity with average costs about 12 so i may be hopefull.

However, this is a long tern stock. Management took an awful large step in Q4 that jumped up and bit them. On the conference call Interstae Johnson Lane, Wheat First, and AG Edwards all asked questions. I would not expect any upgrades until these firms feel better about management being up front and more open with analysts.

Sales personnel in Q4 totalled 30 now about 22. This software is a tool that will help companies increase profits, Noone has to have it now they can all wait if they want too. However, Rick was more upbeat about the pipeline than I remember hearing him before. Quality sales people like Veronica O'Shay in CA will start hitting stride and the web will become more of an influence over the balance of this year.

Technically we have moved above the 50 day moving average for the first time since Jan 3,97. Good sign but expect good gradual growth this year--do not expect 12 to 25 in 10 days like May 96.

Rick be sure to develop the AG Edwards analyst -- this would be big help to everyone especially in name recognition
